The check-in experience was excellent. The room was spacious and bright, with great sound insulation. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

The location is convenience but the facility is not really up to 4.5 star.

This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. As for breakfast, the establishment should offer more American-style dishes, as the hotel's clientele consists of more than just Chinese guests. Furthermore, it would be necessary to vary the offerings or show a bit more creativity; indeed, if you stay for more than a week, you will end up eating exactly the same thing every morning. Finally, the hotel is truly far from the airport: plan for a travel time of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

One of the best hotel in Guangzhou, China. During my holiday time, I really enjoyed the hotel atmosphere and facilities. You will get everything in under one roof. Specially the metro station is outside hotel. In near future I will visit again. Many thanks.

Well-mainted, important historical hotel. Very cool, and surprisingly reasonably priced. Michelin-starred dim sum available downstairs for ~$50 USD/pp without a wait by being a guest. Overall very good value, loved our stay and wished we had time for another night.
