Zannone Honeymoon Holidays

Property was nice, AC barely worked and they would turn it off randomly. Showers are extremely small and staff was not very helpful

Stay for a few days on our first time being in Rome. The area (East-end of Pratti) is very nice, quiet, pedestrian friendly and heavier with locales rather than tourists. The restaurant in the hotels provides an excellent breakfast. The staff clearly have experience working together as a team. 24/7 staffed reception was a helpful benefit.

Clean, great location and very friendly staff.

They staff, from the desk to the restaurant, could not be more welcoming and helpful. That being said, the standard rooms are dated and need updates and the amenities are not great. Also, the hotel is not very central so expect large Uber or Taxi fares to get anywhere. On top of that, the hotel experienced a power outage from 10:30pm until 10am on our last night, and not one person contacted me to see if I was okay. As a handicapped person, on the sixth floor, that was not very comforting. Additionally, upon checkout, no accommodation was made, which was disappointing.

I had no experience or knowledge of the property when I booked it, but the facility was impressive and impeccably kept, the staff attentive and helpful and the location just far enough away from the daily throngs of tourists to be very peaceful. I felt like I’d found a hidden gem.
