We had a wonderful stay at Riad Karmela! The riad itself is beautiful and full of Moroccan charm, with lovely common areas and amenities that made it feel like a peaceful retreat after exploring the busy streets of Marrakech. The location was excellent—right within the Medina and very walkable to the souks, restaurants, and many of the places we wanted to visit. Our room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. What really made our experience special, though, was the staff, especially Omar. He was incredibly helpful, warm, and accommodating and seemed to help us with pretty much everything we needed—from answering questions and giving directions to helping us navigate our plans around Marrakech. Having someone so attentive and genuinely willing to help made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Omar! The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom, which felt a little dated compared with the rest of the beautiful property and could benefit from an update. This was a minor point and did not take away from our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay at Riad Karmela and loved experiencing the charm of staying inside the Medina. Between the beautiful riad, convenient location, and exceptional hospitality, we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!
