Our stay was wonderful. Mi mi one of the hostesses was a delight. Super kind and helpful. Honestly the entire staff was so kind not just to us but I overhead them with all the guests and they were so kind and hospitable. Honestly the best experience hospitality wise I’ve had at a hotel. It has all the amenities at most hotels so for me the staff is what stood out. Highly recommend.

FULL and honest comprehensive review. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR RESORT* Hotel/grounds: everything looks slightly run down or half rate, an example of this is the little hill going down from the pool to the main grass/beach area, by afternoon it turns into mud. Anytime a resort doesnt have installed speakers, is also a tell that its not taking ambiance seriously. Also not sure why beach front resorts haven't fully adopted wristbands for keys instead of having actual key cards, big miss here. There is decent wifi throughout the property. Room: We booked a two bedroom pool villa. While the actual master bedroom was nicely appointed. The layout is EXTREMELY odd. The two bedrooms are completely separated and the living space is yet another separated area with no locks. You need to remember your physical key card if you want to go from bedroom to bedroom. It's a really poor layout especially if you bring kids. Also it's very odd the beds are on wheels and move every time you sit on them. The pool itself was nice, nothing great. Just wasnt as inviting as the pool villa we had a Mikazuki in Da Nang. Pool: we spent most of our time at the beach front pool. Again it was fine. No servers. Again detracting from a real 5 star property, you needed to trade- in cards to get towels and vice versa, just seems like a petty policy. The beach is probably the highlight here. Nice sand, clean, good clean water with no seaweed. No beach chairs really set out on the beach and no service on the beach.

The staff at Little Riverside were so beautiful, kind and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. The view of the river was great. Use of the bikes was super. The breakfast was sooooo yummy. Nothing was too much trouble.

We asked the hotel to arrange a transport for us to the airport the day before we left, as that’s what they offer the next morning day of our flight driver didn’t show and hotel said nothing to us we ended up ordering a grab

Got upgraded to a better unit which has a steam room. Although the location is pretty remote (on an island), it's definitely out of the hustle and bustle, so it gets pretty quiet at night, even during the day. Fret not, can always order food delivery. Otherwise the restaurant has multiple options from Vietnamese to Korean. The main event is the onsen that's included in my stay. I can practically experience contrast therapy at any time it's open. The staffs are really polite, but I must give kudos to Tra My and Hue. They literally remember my Vietnamese coffee order for breakfast - less sweet and fresh milk instead of condensed milk. The accommodation is not a renowned luxury brand, yet the service is comparable; almost perfect. If you are looking for wellness and quality time just by yourself or with your loved ones, this is the one to book.
