8.8/10 Excellent! (1,490 reviews)
Room is very clean and quiet, though on the smaller side. Staff can speak English. Breakfast buffet is pretty nice with western and asian dishes. Super conveniently located with lots of restaurants nearby. Jogyesa temple is a must visit only 4 minutes walk away.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,930 reviews)
⭐⭐ Disappointing Stay – Hotel Needs Major Updates
Unfortunately, our stay was well below average. The rooms were outdated, with terrible, worn-out furniture that made it feel more like a one-star hotel. The entire hotel is in desperate need of renovation and modernization.
The location was okay, but the service was very disappointing. We had a lot of luggage and asked the reception staff for assistance. Instead of helping, they laughed and spoke among themselves in Korean, which felt extremely rude and unprofessional.
Overall, a disappointing experience. The hotel definitely needs improvements in both its facilities and customer service.

"Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is super kind and very helpful. The location is central but note that it is a very busy touristy area BUT the vibe in the hotel is completely different."
