We had a great stay, room is clean and spacious, beautiful view of Namsan Tower, walkable Myeongdong St, Cathedral ,Lotte Mall ,Shinsege. Easy to book uber, easy airport bus access.

Good location, Connected to duty Free shop and Lotte Dept store, Clean rooms although old hotel the renovation was done nicely. Only thing lacks lounge, bar area, they have a small corner that opens late, shut down being a lounge to serve lunch or dinner, I had to walk to next Hotel for a Coffey.

We had issues at the check in and the staff was every unwilling to help. Only offer was for us to pay extra to get access to what we were told we would already have. Even though we showed the email with the list of amenities, the staff said those were not included in our "rate". It was extremely surprising to me that a 5 star hotel does not offer pool as part of the accommodation. I was expecting much better service and helpfulness for a 5 star hotel but I was very disappointed.

Perfect location to stay, close to subway/train lines. Walking distance to Myeongdong night market district. Rooms were clean, the convience store on the gorund level in the lobby was a bonus. Staff were very friendly

Very nice and friendly staff. They all lead with speaking English. A lot of non Koreans there. Reasonably priced buffet breakfast for a good spread. Gym is tiny - one chest press, dumbbells, two treadmills, water bubbler. Rooms relatively small but nicely furnished. Best water pressure in shower. Would recommend but on the pricier side

Building is very old. There are broken bathroom tiles so should watch out for that and be very careful and it is moldy (black molds) maybe because the building is very old. On the good side,all staffs are great and location of the hotel is excellent!
