This hotel is right in the center of namba, and I love it! Very lively with many stores and restaurants around. The area is so very convenient and you’re just a 5 mins from namba station and 10 min walk to dotonbori! The hotel was clean and amenities were great. I made good use of the luggage storage before I was able to check in.The staff were very kind and I would recommend.

Staff were very helpful, from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. They let us have an early checkin and a late checkout due to our flight times. The bar on the top floor is definitely worth a visit, but do dress up for it. Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely room, very comfortable large bed. Could not fault anything.

Great location, Shinagawa station right across the street. Breakfast buffet was nice with good selection of food. There’s shops nearby if you need anything- it’s within walking distance. The restaurants were great as well. Would stay here again.

"Location was good. Only reason I gave 3 or 3.5 stars is that the room was so small. Bed for 4 are tiny to share and the bed made my back aches every day. Otherwise if it wasn’t for the bed/room- I’d give it 5 stars."
