Overall perfect location, great breakfast, 100% will stay here again.
Some highlights for us, we had an issue with our pocket wifi (battery inflated) when we were there. We bought the pocket wifi ourselves and picked it up from the airport. Unfortunately to return the broken pocket wifi to the company we bought it from and get a replacement is very hard to do ourselves since we don’t speak Japanese. Front desk helped us with this, they are so friendly and helpful. They also helped with storing our luggage while we went somewhere else for a few days we stayed here and had another booking here. They also helped accept a parcel that we had sent to the hotel. They also helped send our luggage to the airport with a same day delivery service. To be honest, staying here felt like home since they were so helpful. Highly recommend this place!

This is a large hotel in a good location close to a main train and subway station. The room was small as was the bathroom (Superior Queen room). The bed was not very comfortable. We tried the buffet breakfast which was heavily Japanese. If you want an American breakfast go elsewhere. We also tried one of the restaurants on the 25th floor and it was casual but not bad. We enjoyed the orient express bar. Staff we all great and super helpful. Laundry facility was great.

The Asakusa View is a fantastic hotel with great access to the surrounding area, good access to transportation, and fantastic staff. The building is very well maintained and has actually been renovated since my last stay 2 years ago. Both trips to the Asakusa View Hotel have been fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy Asakusa.
