The gym was small, some equipment but cross trainer was broken and no water cooler or mats. Room was lovely, and shower was great too. Location is nearby metro, supermarkets, restaurants.

I would like to recognize the outstanding service I received from the team at Hotel Berna.
After my stay, I realized I had left my watch at the hotel. The Hotel Berna team quickly located it and sent me photos to confirm it had been found.
They safely kept the watch for me and kindly assisted with the UPS pickup when I arranged its return shipment. Thanks to their professionalism and kindness, my watch arrived safely back home.
A special thank you to Alessandra and the entire team for going above and beyond. This level of service is greatly appreciated.

The location is great but if you want to stay more than one night, this hotel has some issues. Some rooms are located in an old building, our room 623 was full of mold in the bath, the paint was in bad condition and we couldn’t control the air conditioning, it was freezing!
