The room was clean inside except for the ensuite which had water leaking from the toilet ,running accross the floor. The pool and balcony area were filthy. The pool was cold in spite of there being a pool heater which wasn't operational. When we complained about it to Q Stay( they mange the apartment on behalf of a private owner) they said the pool is not advertised as being heated.
Q Stay said they would send house keeping to clean inside but not outside.
House keeping didn't come during our stay.
Soul management could help because it is a privately owned apartment.
It seems the owner is probably to tight to spend on cleaning and maintenance.

Buffet was great. Beds were okay but could be better. Beds small size queen. Not enough towels in room. Booked 2 adult and 2 children, with only 2 towels. Room was a little small. Okay for 2 night stay. Would be cramped if staying longer. Housekeeping very slow providing extra towels. Room was 7/10 clean feeling.

Sorry no staff directions were not clear regarding the entrance Only one set of key,which was not ready until after 3.20pm.Should have been 3pm. NO
staff to communicate to regarding issues.The main door entrance was really hard to open.
