Our stay at the Rui was excellent. It was so clean, well maintained and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast was excellent as well. I would definately recommend staying there, because the location was perfect.

My only issue was that the room keys did not get programmed originally, and I had to wait through the whole check-in process a second time to get the problem fixed. Other than that, the stay was fantastic.

Upon arrival check in took over one hour due to none of the automated check-ins working. There was 3 check-in staff at the time therefore the line was extremely long. The room itself was very clean and staff very helpful and polite. The room was booked due to the proximity to the Sphere since we were watching a show there, but the entire week the pedestrian footbridge inside that connects both was closed (we found out when we were going to the show, thank fully we left 1.5 hrs before) …we found an alternate walking route that was a very long and confusing through the outside in the hot sun (107°) with my kids that were very excited to watch the Wizard of Oz show.. the walk was about 20-25 minutes on areas that are not pedestrian equipped. I was very disappointed with this part… this pedestrian crossbridge is something they advertise to facilitate the shows. Overall not worth the pretty penny you pay if you are using it for the convenient access to the sphere. If you are using it for the casino, Taos or the pools then do recommend it those amenities are worth it.
