Everything vas perfect.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

Outdated. Rusty Smell, reception was not in 5 star level. Food was okay and entertainment was also good.

We had a really great family vacation at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was always spotless, and we especially want to thank Michael at the Asian restaurant for making my birthday special, and Patricia, the vacation planner, for being so helpful. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we’d happily come back!

We had one of our best stays there. All the staff, especially Christoper did an amazing work. All the resort is very well maintained and the service and food are excellent. Swimming pool was our favorite since the beach and the water weren't great. Highly recommended for relaxing with Family and kids. Thank you Nizuc for our wonderful visit.

We had an amazing stay at Ava. A beautiful resort with excellent amenities, especially for families and kids. The rooms were so clean and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job of maintaining them the whole week. We had turn down service in the evening, restocking supplies daily and personalized touches throughout the week. Our Expedia Concierge, Sam, was so amazing. She checked in with me daily, made reservations, changed reservations, helped with anything I needed. The food was very good, a nice variety and the drinks were delicious! Everything is accessible and plentiful. I honestly don’t have a single negative about this place.
