The room was great, basic but spotlessly clean and had a kettle and fridge. Very well maintained complex, a bit of refurbishment going on so noisy at times but didn't spoil it for us The meals were better than average for half board and having wine, beer and soft drinks included for dinner was a real bonus. However the dining room was very bright and could have a bit more atmosphere. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and it was very good value for the price Will definitely consider staying again

The pool is nice and it’s on a great area but the food was a massive let down and I would have expected better from this brand.

Excellent location, luxurious hotel, quiet and relaxing. Great staff. Reasonable drinks prices in the bar. Spacious rooms. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again

Beautiful villa, spotless, modern and very comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was unusable during our visit and the management company were not very helpful in resolving it. We also had difficulty in an indigenous Taxi finding the villa on arrival due to poor directions. Also felt late check-out charges were excessive. The property itself is excellent, but guest support could be improved.

Overall it was a good stay. The rooms could be a bit more updated as there was a lot of dust and holes in the corners of the room. We had an issue with the bathroom but had the cleaner attend the next day. The pools outside the rooms are very convenient. The staff are helpful and on hand 24/7 to provide advice and guidance.

Every thing about this hotel is of a very good standard ,it’s very peaceful,excellent location ,great pools ,food and staff are excellent,the rooms are spotless,beds and linen are high quality ,shower is superb ,and also the high pressure toilets ! This was our second stay in this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough ,it’s registered as a 5 star ,which it’s not quite,however for all it has going for it I’d recommend it for all but the most fussy of clients ! Overall great friendly hotel with excellent staff that actually care about their clients and their well being ,you can’t go wrong with this one ,absolutely spotless,thanks dream we shall return ! Staff in reception are great they know how to dealing with VIP Alex and Veronica did deal with my booking in last 3 visits i had to the hotel in ladt few days.and i keep booking there for my srlf and my staff because of the great costumer service i saw from them at the first point .
