Daryl kicked our stay with a fantastic start. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, he arranged interconnecting rooms for our family as we had two separate rooms booked, and even upgraded one of our rooms. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Excellent customer service! Best hotel ever n Canberra, we love staying here.

Great 1 bedroom apartment in perfect location opposite a park, walking distance to Canberra's shops and restaurants. Key access was via 2 four digit key locks inside a low down letterbox, which proved to be very tricky on checking in and out of property. Property was clean, tidy and comfortable (although there was quite a bit of mould on bathroom tiles). We had repairs required (leaking kitchen sink and bent curtain pole preventing balcony access) but the owner came and repaired 2 days later. On checking out, we attempted to follow instructions left by putting our garabage bag of weekly rubbish in the downstairs bin room - only to find the required room locked with a sign stated leaving rubbish incurs a fine. As we had a plane to catch, and we were following the only instructions given, we were left with no alternative but to leave our rubbish outside this room.
