Nokonoshima Island Fishing Holidays

We had a room for 3 adults for 6 nights. Price booked was a great deal! We try to book Tokyu Stay whenever we can because we love the in-room washer/dryer unit. This room at Fukuoka-Tenjin was an excellent size. We loved the ledges all around the room to put small items. Fridge was a good size. Location was great; walkable for many things we wanted to do and Hakata Station was just an 11 minute subway ride away (including walking). We had a misunderstanding with a restaurant booking, but the staff were all helpful and gave us complimentary breakfast the next day. Breakfast had a variety of Western and Asian choices. Would definitely recommend!

Solid hotel and we got there impromptu but they treated us so well!

The hotel feels a bit aged, but it is in a very convenient location. VIP access includes free parking; however, we had to bring it up myself to avoid being charged. The experience would be improved if the staff could proactively check on parking and briefly introduce the VIP perks during check-in. Overall, the experience was ok, suitable for couples or a family trip.

The staff are all very helpful and polite. The room is clean but a bit on the older style.

Great location, easy access to subway, JR station and bus terminal. Breakfast was pretty good, however, quality has declined when compared with my last visit, a bit disappointed.

This is a very convenient hotel with a big shopping mall attached to. We can find everything we need.
