The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

The location, style and room were lovely. However, I was in an interior room with a view of a wall - not a city view. Loved the pool on the roof, but two days I went up in the morning and they didn't have towels. Other than that, it was perfect for my stay.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The room was lovely, staff was accommodating and helpful, housekeeping did a great job each day, and included in the price of the room was an outstanding daily breakfast buffet as well as a light dinner service. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located just blocks from the theater district and MoMA. We will be staying here each time we come to NYC. Highly recommend!!
