My fourth time here i feel like home a few inconvenience upon checking in was very upset but the manager like always turned it in to a great experience once again i love British colonial

Outdated rooms, mattress and pillows were very poor quality. Pool bar needs to be better maintained. Restaurants did not deliver. Staff seems to expect a tip for anything they do, from serving water at breakfast, to drinks at any of the bars. If you do not tip, you will not get service. Elevators take a very long time. Coffee bar did not open until 10am, what is the point of coffee half way through the morning? Too many locals pushing you to buy excursions on the beach, not comfortable to try and relax when being hounded.

Beautiful property and room with balcony and nice ocean view. The only negative was there were no additional mirrors in the room outside the bathroom and only one plug to plug hair dryers/irons. This was challenging with 4 women. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

It would be great if the balcony floor could be washed daily. It was very dirty from wind and sand. Everything else was great!

Staff was great the stairs were a bit much for my elderly mom but views were amazing she said

I had an ocean room view room. It was beautiful and anything we needed we got. Room service was top notch and room was always cleaned without waiting for anything. It didn’t take long for them to clean every day and went above and beyond!
