The reception staff was great she was easy to talk to in English and definitely knowledgeable on the area and had some good suggestions.
The lighting in the hallways going to the room was interesting gave off a scary movie vibe.
The laundry though pricey was very nice.
However they did miss making one of the beds when they cleaned the room.

The property is located in the most bustling part of Osaka. It is just a few minutes away from Dotonbori. We did not get a room with a view as asked, and it was pretty loud inside- street sounds could be heard. Other than that, service was great and the hotel was located in the best area,

Imperial Hotel Osaka was nice but nothing stood out at this property. The breakfast buffet was nice l, but we had better ones during our trip. The rooms were nice, and the view of the river and cherry blossoms were a highlight of the stay. Service was good but again nothing stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at.
