Clean and quiet and location was good for me

Clean room and great staff and amenities.

Very courteous staff. Modern, good-sized apartment for our family of six, which is rare in Japan. Great location close to Dotonbori with numerous restaurants and Family Mart in street. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Osaka.

The hotel has very good location to shopping place and restaurants. It also has subway exit to the hotel as well. The staff is very helpful and polite. Our family really enjoy the place.

Great stay, large clean room, spacious bathroom and nice views on balcony. Easy check in, building was super clean and tidy, close to the train station as well. Onsen is great but shared with the public too; so it does get busy and with a lot of locals. It’s a really nice facility with sauna, cold bath, honey bath, outside bathtubs and a carbonated bath to name a few. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend, especially if you’re going to universal.

Very happy with the hotel, breakfast was outstanding, such a vast selection to choice from. The location is ideal for travelling beyond Kobe, the Shin- Kobe line is directly below the hotel.

Clean, spacious suite for my family of four. The connecting rooms were ideal with a living space in between. We really enjoyed our meal at the Teppanyaki restaurant, they were gracious to accommodate us at the last minute as we flew in without a reservation. My teenage boys said it was the best steak they’ve ever had. Location is great as well, the nearby castle was an easy walk. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!
