I was very disappointed with my one-night stay at this hotel, as the experience fell short in cleanliness, communication, and hospitality. Upon check-in, the assigned room was not clean. The walls had scuff marks, the floor was dirty, and the safe was locked. I had to contact the front desk, which delayed my plans to explore the area. I later discovered the bathtub was also not working properly. Staff eventually sent someone to inspect the issue, and the drainage problem was fixed after some delay. The shuttle service was also problematic. At check-in, we were told to be downstairs early because it operated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, at checkout we were informed that reservations were actually required—information that was never communicated earlier. When I raised this issue, no accommodation was offered. The shuttle experience itself was also poor. The driver was not welcoming, did not greet or assist passengers, and the pickup location was difficult to find. When the shuttle arrived, it was already late, and the driver pulled in too quickly, coming uncomfortably close to us. In addition, the shuttle had no luggage storage, so bags had to be placed in the aisle or on seats, which was inconvenient. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unprofessional service made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

What an incredible experience. The staff, the resort, the hospitality, the food all just WOW. Never come across such lovely staff and honestly they made the stay all that much better. The attention to detail is just spectacular and I’m already dreaming of returning to the Danna. Super close to the airport and to some popular attractions! Also such a convenient location.

I feel like if you run the numbers, this place is making around $50 k USD per day? I’d like to see their employees compensated more if possible… whatever wage they’re paid - it is not enough for what they give, and what they bring to make this place a 10/10!

The property was very well maintained, and our room was quite spacious. Although we booked a garden-facing room, we were pleasantly surprised that our room also had a beach view, which was a big plus. They have several garden-facing rooms that are also beach-facing, so it’s worth checking this when booking. The breakfast was really amazing, with a great variety of vegetarian options. The infinity pool was clean, well maintained, and a great place to relax. The resort is right by the water, although swimming in the sea is not possible here. I was already aware of this before booking, so it wasn’t a disappointment for me. They have plenty of options for both lunch and dinner, and the kitchen remains open overnight, which makes it very convenient to order food even at late hours. Getting around the resort is also easy, as they provide buggy service. The daily room-cleaning service was another nice bonus. Overall, it was a very comfortable and well-maintained property, and we had a really pleasant stay.

Excellent location - easy walking distance of the main "strip" whilst not being in the middle of it all so far quieter. General facilities very good. Don't expect high-end luxury but if you are looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and with everything you need then Villa Molek is a great value stay
