The beds were comfy, staff was outstanding, and it was far enough away from the busy parts of the city and yet comfortably close enough to everything!

Had a nice time during the Christmas season at this hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helped with any minor issues we ran into. They were very accommodating.

Clean. Easy access to public transportation facilities. Friendly staff. Starbucks connected to the hotel.

Clean room. A little small, but typical for NYC. I stayed with my 10 year old daughter and the cleaning service did a great job of vacuuming our crumbs from late night in room snacking. Some minor inconveniences with the lighting. Track lighting behind the bed would flash ever few minutes when the lights were off. We used towels to block the lighting so it wasn’t a big deal, but the room was a little dark as a result. Very close to the 28th st subway station made it very easy to get to broadway shows, which we did several times.

Amazing staff!! Room was chilly despite the heat being on and high, better windows definitely needed, other than this, no complaints!

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

The room was spotless, all the staff were helpful and courteous. Madison the manager went out of her way to accommodate us when there was a small maintenance issue which meant we were not able to stay in the room we had booked. She was very helpful and found us a delightful accommodation, making the 5 day stay a warm and welcoming experience. I will be booking here again.

Very nice and spacious rooms! Lower floors are better if you don't like late night noise.

It was mostly awesome. However, because the hotel was right next to a club, it was quite noisy at night.

The room was spacious and clean. We got a coffee machine and electric hot pot once we requested from the staff. Thank you.
