Clean, great space in a perfect location

Great property, bike rental was quite expensive but convenient & the pool area is very nice but could do with a clean/ upgrade. Would also be nice to make use of the outside area during winter - put the heaters on / have some service outside.

The room was spotless and the staff was amazing.

The rooms was beautifully cleaned, front desk was super sweet. It does connect to another hotel so make sure you go to the right desk

Convenient and accessible location

This is a cute hotel. We chose to stay for 5 nights from Christmas Eve. The staff are all lovely, professional and welcoming. However, it was very clear after check in that this boutique hotel is for business travellers and was not geared up for family or Christmas travellers. No special Christmas Eve touches and the tv app doesn’t work for European travellers. The reception manager, Robert, very kindly loaned us his iPad to watch a Christmas movie. Breakfast is £35 per head, so we skipped that and ate at the city centre eateries which offered more choice and much cheaper. A pleasant stay but just the wrong hotel for our family Christmas holiday…

Extremely clean and well located.

Best hotel! I would definitely come back again or recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in a perfect location (not downtown, but in a very calm and charming neighborhood close to everything, especially the metro), beautiful and super confortable! Service is also impeccable. We stayed 6 nights and it was perfect.
