stayed one night here and it was perfectly adequate. we were upgraded to a larger room on the top floor, it was spacious but the toilet seat wasn't clean. appreciated the in-room laundry facilities though.
breakfast was included and it was quite good, it also starts at 6:30am which was convenient as we had an early flight out. the hotel is well-located in tenjin and about 3 minutes' walk from tenjin-minami subway station.

No place to eat
It’s out in remote location and cost a lot in taxi fare to get there
The area is going some renovation and may get better in a few years
