The private pool in Villa 8 had very clear water. However, the pool mosaic tiles are extremely sharp. Three children and two adults in our group suffered cuts to their hands and feet. This is a serious safety hazard and requires urgent attention from the hotel staff. The room facilities are somewhat dated. Wardrobe doors require careful handling to close, and one door leaves the interior sensor light permanently on even when shut. Bedding shows yellow and grey discoloration. The pillows are underfilled, sinking flat with little support. All these are trivial concerns next to the serious risk of cuts from the pool tiles.
