This is an amazing place to stay on Waiheke Island! Beautiful room and wonderful views. We had a great time. Pip and Andy were lovely hosts. Highly recommend this property.

Mostly a good stay. Good location and easy check-in.
Air conditioning was broken and noisy. Room was very warm. I called reception to seek help only to be told the air con is broken in all rooms. Would have been nice to be told that on check-in so I knew to turn it off earlier. Fortunately weather outside was pleasant so just left the balcony door open slightly to cool the room down.

The property offers a convenient and easy access to motorway which makes travel easier in Auckland. The staff is very humble, welcoming and super helpfull. The interiors of hotel and rooms are also eye catching which gives you perfect feel of luxury. The housekeeping is also upto their best.
