South Brooklyn Fishing Holidays

I loved the location of this property, the staff was very nice, and easy access to the subway. Having a CVS across the street was very convenient as well. I just wish they had a better selection of the continental breakfast and their happy hour bar prices are a little bit too high. However, it was still delicious. Please put in mini fridges.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

Great city hotel. Ideal for family of 4 with two teenage boys as it had a joining room but they still got a queen bed each. Perfect for our World Cup and city break. Also ideally suited in midtown/chelsea so easy to get to places in all directions. Also had World Cup matches on in there patio area on a big screen which was a great addition.

Happy with room condition and cleanliness service at pool and restaurant by pool was slow though they seemed to be short handed

Great property. Nice quiet location in lower Manhattan right by Seaport and Wall Street (and subway). Room is basically an apartment (my one BR Gourmet had full kitchen and two full baths). Cool property with lots of great common areas. Great staff. Will stay again.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The room was lovely, staff was accommodating and helpful, housekeeping did a great job each day, and included in the price of the room was an outstanding daily breakfast buffet as well as a light dinner service. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located just blocks from the theater district and MoMA. We will be staying here each time we come to NYC. Highly recommend!!

Unable to see count down ball drop from any rooms as I was informed from the receptionist after checked-in…disappointed. This hotel is not as glamorous as it advertised. One positive point, rooms were ready at 10:30 am and didn’t have to wait. Paid $250 per person for 250th American Birthday event and The Knickerbocker served hot dogs, hamburgers, lobster rolls, and cheap cocktails. Of course, there was unexpected rain and it was frustrating that we had to protect our seats during the rain plus seat cushions were all soaked. The event was not very organized as we were given different times to queue for this event.
