8.8/10 Excellent! (2,241 reviews)
Some of the staff were rude. It seemed very chaotic. My city view room was a brick wall. For a creative arts hotel it was more like a black and white prison. I was horribly disappointed in this hotel and will never stay there again. Felt like it was a waste of money.

This is my go-to place to stay in NYC. Not in a terribly touristy area. Really interesting neighborhood. Great staff and room. The TV sucked, but who cares?

8.4/10 Very good! (1,007 reviews)
Excellent stay at WestHouse! The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the evening happy hour were a great addition. We had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to NYC!
