The hotel itself was good. The food was excellent. The service was good. It was clean. The area was a bit noisy. And just a couple of blocks from the hotel they were drug addicts in the streets, injecting drugs into the veins. It did not make me feel very safe.. There was also a malfunction that kept ringing an alarm throughout the night, which was very annoying. I should have called the front desk, but I didn’t. Otherwise, our hotel was very pleasant.

The property looked beautiful however the tiles in the bathroom and shower were very slippery. The floor waste overflowed with suds from the room above. We could hear the trickling of the shower above too and footsteps. We could hear noise in the hallway too. I don’t think the soundproofing is good enough for this hotel especially for the price, the bed was very comfortable and overall the appearance of the room was excellent. When the hotel organized transport they charged us €55 and a taxi showed up. We could have organized this ourselves as the fare was €36 but we had to pay €55. I know this hotel has recently opened but there are a few things to consider when charging customers $750 a night. We had to leave early so a takeaway breakfast was given to us and it consisted of a stale sandwich.

Just returned home from a 4 night break at the Neoma hotel. Loved everything about our stay - rooms & service impeccable. Rooftop pool bar has stunning views and great food. We travelled with a 2yr old and staff were very helpful providing oat milk and accommodating his fascination with the pool shower! Breakfast was delicious with good quality local foods on the buffet and hot cooked to order items available. Neoma’s great strength is its friendly and welcoming staff team, nothing is too much trouble for them.

This was a great place to stay however, I came during a hot part of the summer and the pool was not available. This would’ve been fine had I been made to know to this prior to my arrival. My party was tired from a super long trip. I thought I would just spend the day swimming while I waited for them to nap, but instead, I sat in the lobby and walked around. There’s not a ton to do around the hotel and I didn’t want to sightsee without my family. My rate also included the use of a pool. However, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was very kind, the property itself is absolutely beautiful! I would stay here again and again!

Hidden Gem. Can’t wait to return to Athens we will definitely be booking here again.
