From the moment my family and I arrived it was a 10 out of 10 stay. My room was clean smelled fresh and the bed was comfortable. The location and time Square was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Not well kept, rooms were not comfortable for price point

One of the best hotel I've ever stayed at, and they are worth every penny you spent. The common amenities are beautifully designed, it felt like a pristine museum/fancy lounge. The single room has a Japandi aesthetic which is really well-designed to feel spacious within the small space. Lighting are perfect, bright, warm, and cozy. Staffs are really well-dressed and caring. They accommodated my stay attentively. Highly recommended and definitely come back for another time.

This is a great hotel in an ideal.location. near Broadway theater, resturants, and many entertainments. Ifyou arw in New York Coty, tbis is the place to stay

Excellent location. Clean room. Bar is closed, but multiple restaurants are next door and within walking distance. I’d stay again.

Habitación grande y cómoda para 4 personas. El staff súper amables y atentos hablan español. Desayuno buffet variado y el fashion bar sirve comida para todos los gustos. También tiene una cafetería que hacen cafés, batidas, ensaladas, sándwiches y helado. Súper céntrico para ir a Times Square a solo 2 min caminando. Súper recomendado

Note that there is another Riu hotel just a couple blocks away.
