"The property is in a great location with restaurants and shops a short walk away. We stayed in a 2nd floor unit with a beautiful view of the lake. The building we were in didn't have an elevator so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs if you're not on the ground floor. Our room had been renovated with the exception of the bathroom, which was definitely a little dated, but completely functional. We did have an issue getting more than luke warm water for our showers the morning of our check...

The owner is clearly maintaining and upgrading the unit. Nice full height acrylic shower, new looking electrical, everything very clean. The cottages are far enough apart from each other we had no noise issues. There's a nice pool. Nice electric fireplace. Windows look good. There's some effort being put into this place.
The only minor issue was the heatpump made a bit of a noise inside the unit. The fan inside may need a bit of attention but it was...
