The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was impressive and free shuttle to the airport was great!

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Rooms and the entire property are elegantly maintained!

Clean room, nice balcony with a view. 10-15 mins of walking to the strip, but not terrible if you dont mind walking. Monorail is an option too, less walking.

Our stay was okay. We planned on swimming, but the pools were closed for construction. I suggest the hotel build an indoor pool for guests in the winter time.

Let me start with that the property is beautiful.restaurants were INCREDIBLE! Staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful. It was unfortunate that my room wasn’t cleaned properly (Toilet. Dirty bed sheets) upon arrival. Called front desk. They came to clean. Bathroom continued to smell like smoke the entire time (I was in a non smoking room).
