The TV did not work. Paused all of the time making watching free to air TV unwatchable. All other things worked and were clean. Staff were excellent.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom studio apartment at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Zen Quarter Darwin for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and the room itself was clean and comfortable. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because the apartment included laundry facilities, so it was disappointing that the washing machine in my room was already damaged prior to my stay and had not been replaced before check-in. Reception did kindly offer to do my laundry, which I appreciated, but I didn’t end up using the service as there were only 2 lifts servicing the entire building, making trips up and down during peak times quite frustrating due to the long waits and also because of my tight schedule and reception is not 24/7. On a positive note, the rooftop bar was lovely with a great atmosphere. Overall, a decent stay with a few inconveniences.

"The staff were nice, but very inexperienced. Looked like a lot of backpackers getting jobs. Not very enthusiastic about working and in my opinion poorly managed. Yellow water cruise was a highlight with excellent staff."
