This is in a great location, walkable to the restaurants at Cullen Bay Marina and Mindel Beach markets whilst only à short drive to central Darwin. Great view (if you have a Waterfront room). Good staff, helpful and friendly. Parking also good. Unfortunately the property needs some updating - our apartment was tired and not particularly clean (every day cleaning ok but the windows, skirtings, floors etc not good. Curtains didn’t fit the windows (too long, didn’t meet in the middle). Externally also not great (balcony, peeling paint). Overall, OK but only just.

"The staff were nice, but very inexperienced. Looked like a lot of backpackers getting jobs. Not very enthusiastic about working and in my opinion poorly managed. Yellow water cruise was a highlight with excellent staff."
