The ac was loud and many of the light bulbs did not work. But the room was great otherwise. Like that it’s a smaller hotel. Loved that it was connected to Eataly for all the great food.

Everything waa good until i got to the counter for check in and was told i had to pay 150 per night for a incident hold fee which totaled to 450 dollars unexpectedly! This was not on the booking when i purchesed it. 150 per night is OUTRAGEOUS! Will not be staying here again!
