Check in was nice and easy. Was even upgraded to a trip view and given a card to redeem for two free drinks. Their sportsbook is the best. Reserved a recliner and table. Got to watch UFC and baseball in style.

We didn’t even check in while we were in line to check in multiple customers told the staff about no air conditioning in the rooms and mould on the walls the lady on the desk was very matter of fact said she could’ve changed the room if they told them. We decided to cancel and book somewhere else. The lady on the desk advised me that was the best thing to do as she couldn’t guarantee us a room that wouldn’t have the same issues other customers experienced. As we were rebooking in reception there was another couple doing the same thing. There are much better places in New York for not much more money.
