We got food poisoning while we were there. The pool with the bar there had a film sitting on top of the water. They came and cleaned are room took our dirty wash clothes and didn’t give new ones. They took our pillow cases and didn’t give us new ones. Food wasn’t good. Some of the staff was rude.

Charging of transportation to the gate varied $ 5, 15, 50.
White towels in the room are too old , and loosing color badly .
Over all , everything was find , service is good , staff friendly , building is clean , and well maintain .
That was my fourth times checking in to this hotel for the past few years .

Clean and good ac in room. Swim bar bartender was quite rude and was not a language barrier. I speak Spanish and English fluently. Maybe he was over whelm. He should know you work in customer services. Take a break gather your self and then come back. Also tons of seaweed. Wish expedia would have put it on the site. It was not swim able. We had to stay in the pool the whole time. Sucks bc you travel many hours only to not be able to enjoy the beach. The night shows were good and food.
