The hotel is old and needs some updating. The velvet headboard and skirt on the bed is quite dated. A tub that at 5’3 was very difficult to get in and very awkward to shower. A risk for fall. The furniture very dated as well. Great location in Paseo de Gracia. The staff gave their maximum to find the best way to service us. Their service was the best from front desk to room attendants to the bell boy. The hotel owners need to invest in the rooms and the quality of the what they offer to compete with other surrounding properties at the same price range.
