Izabela in restaurant area was amazing . What a wonderful human being . Had one issue, my son brought in food and bar tender told us we could eat in bar. We were only people in bar. Then some rude manager came in and told us to leave. Fine . Now no one in your bar. Make sure you are ok same page as workers .

Have stayed on many occasions! Excellent as always! Love the spa facilities!

This hotel is centered perfectly. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Very pleasant staff, good location next to Metro stop and bus to Keukenhof Gardens. Very comfortable beds and clean room.

Daily house keeping and turndown was great. I think I was dealt a bad/the smallest room at the price point I paid which had limited/less amenities than the other members of my group;
