It’s a beautiful resort a lot bigger than expected they have everything you need my daughter loved it and it’s not easy to win her over definitely coming back a weekend is not enough need more time only saw a quarter of the resort it’s that big.

I stayed here for 6 days and it was amazing. Easy check in and easy check out, they had a really nice pool and the property had so many shops and restaurants walking distance. Also I didn’t get hit with any hidden fees everything was straight forward and open communication. 10/10 would recommend

The resort was not terrible, just a few issues that prevent me from giving a perfect score. For starters, the check-in process was very long. I arrived @ 3pm on a Sunday and the lobby was full of families just hanging out with their luggage waiting. I guess it’s a big check-in day. Originally the young lady who helped me was awesome. But after pre check-in we joined the many other families in the lobby for 2 and a half hours before receiving a room. I had reservations at Disney Springs at 630pm which kind of rushed my plans. When asking for an update on my wait time, no one could tell me anything, no apologies or any special consideration. Second issue was the excessive amount of little ants in the kitchen of the room. We purchased some groceries to put in the room and didn’t notice till the next morning that there were ants every where. Had to throw out some of the food. But other than that all went well. It is a huge property, not the easiest to get around if walking isn’t your thing. We were placed on the P side and our elevator was out the whole week. Happy we were only on the second floor. The water park and pool were nice and location close to everything.

Evermore is beautiful! The flat we stayed in was very clean! Let’s start with housekeeping…they never in the 6 days we were there stopped in To see if we needed anything. TP, Kleenex! Whatever…we washed our towels! Yes we could have called and gotten fresh towels, but that is a service that should have been provided. Food!!!!! Very expensive! We arrived and got room service through evermore. food was good. But there was no delivery service for breakfast the next day. So spent $10 on a box of cereal etc. next you add in delivery for food from an outside delivery service.breakfast and lunch. Liquor…lol..$18 for a drink! That really adds up! We finally got tired of hamburgers and chicken so ordered Ubereats. Pool was clean..until a kid pooped and we had to get out. Please stop the alarm for thunderstorms etc. we counted 15 times in a matter of minutes it went off. We finally went inside so we didn’t have to listen to it. Did I have a good time..hmmmm..yes to the pool..and slide…but cost absolutely not… not worth it Oh and we were next to the volleyball court.. one morning a group was playing at 7 am…really! We woke up thinking it was grandkids and it was the people outside in the volleybal court!😫 as much as I like music. I didn’t want to hear music 24/7…And I did next to the volleyball court. Music I understand in a bar or by pool but by volleyball court? Why? People aren’t going on vacation to listen to music. So my thoughts…nope. Won’t be back.
