The hotel’s location is great, but the property is in need of renovations! The room was clean, but it had a strange smell. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Felt safe and had a supermarket just across the street. The room was spacious and convenient, especially since I was traveling with my three kids. Overall, the location and staff were definite highlights, but the hotel could really benefit from some much-needed updates.

Location is superb. Gym is well equipped and in good repair. Breakfast was good - but ridiculously busy. Queues every day. We had two queen beds and a sofa bed which was fine for a family of four. The housekeeping was rubbish - they only cleaned the room one day in four nights, and no change of towels. When they did clean it they put the sofa bed away and removed the bedding. We got back late after a concert and waited an hour and a half for extra bedding to be brought up - despite multiple calls to the front desk- Was really disappointing given it was late and the kids were tired. Put a Dampener on what would have been a good hotel experience.

The staff is incredible, and the hotel is very lovely and centrally located; everything was exactly as it appears in the photos.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was very small but I was only there for one night to see Harry Styles so just there to sleep. Great location in the middle of Times Square!

Had a great weekend. Location is great. Walking distance to seaport. Bed was comfortable. My daughter in law loved that there were 4 pillows. Nice surprise that the bathroom floor was heated. TV remote needed a battery. Told front desk as we were leaving for dinner. Replaced by the time we were back. Lounge on Pearl street is lovely. Tasty small plates available. Definitely recommend this hotel
