Comfortable if basic these days. Staff are hit and miss (more hits) but definitely uneven. Could use better F&B options. It's a place for casino visitors to stay and it's perfectly fine for that.

It was difficult to find amenities, pool location, how to order food, etc. Front desk staff were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. This is an easy thing to improve! Accessing coffee in the morning was difficult. This hotel could be so much better. Positives were the quietness on the pool side, clean beds, location, pool.

The hotel seems not aging well:( half the power outlet don’t work. The auto curtain remote is the most confusing thing I have ever seen. It basically requires a lot of coding to raise or put down the curtain as we wanted. And one elevator out of three has been out of order the whole time we stayed there. We expected better conditions from our previous stays.

Location is amazing, room was big and clean, shower pressure was perfect. 2 biggest complaints are there is a night club on the backside of the hotel which plays loud music till 4am, for those who are light sleepers this will be an issue. My biggest issue is the price for parking, $60 per night plus tax for parking seems egregious to me. Also the security deposit is $150 per night which also seems egregious to me.

We had a very pleasant stay and was surprised by the additional perks as a guest (complimentary uber service to 4 specific destinations). The staff from front desk, valet, cleaning crew and of course the restaurant staff were all amazing, very helpful and made us feel welcomed. I truly do not have anything negative to say however, the bathroom was super tight. That is probably the only drawback that the bathroom space is very limited. Otherwise, our overall experience was wonderful! Plus, we were centralized to everything we wanted to do as we were 20-25 mins from Santa Monica Pier, just a few mins from the Getty Museum, UCLA, Beverly Hills and Hollywood wasn’t that far either, and this hotel is about a 20-30 min drive from the main airport LAX (be mindful with heavy traffic it could be longer but without traffic we estimated this time). Definitely will stay again on my next LA visit!

Service was excellent and staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The pool was picture perfect with the beautiful views of the ocean and stunning landscapes. Our bungalow room had two French doors that opened to a view of the ocean, perfect for taking in the cool breeze. We enjoyed the resort and will visit again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Honestly, this place was a letdown. The moment we walked into our first room on the 2nd floor, there was a spider just sitting on the wall like it owned the place. Not exactly the welcome you expect. The next morning made it worse—the shower water was ice cold and stayed that way. No hot water at all. We had to switch rooms because of it. So they move us to the 10th floor, and somehow it gets worse. The light switch in the room didn’t even work. Like… how is that even acceptable? And to top it off, the valet situation was weird. The guy working nights (bald guy) gave off a really uncomfortable vibe. Just didn’t feel right at all. Overall, this hotel is mid at best. Definitely not 5-star like it tries to be. Too many basic issues that shouldn’t even be happening. I wouldn’t stay here again when I come back to LA—there are way better options for the price. The valet parking is also expensive, at $75 per day

Clean rooms, noisy people stayed next door but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

Staff was very informative and helpful! Property is older, but has character. The rooms are very clean and the beds were firm and comfortable. I stayed here with my daughter on a trip to Universal studios and would book it again if we come back!
