They really need to clean up the poolside and offer better service . So many bugs, leaves, tree needles. Very unkempt gardening efforts. The service poolside is very poor and slow. The restaurants in the hotel are overpriced (expected) but lousy quality and service.

Check in communication was poor. Room was very nice. Euphoria Restaurant was 5 Star!!!
Staff and Chef Kishawn could not have been better! Ahi Tuna app is a must!!!
