Live Oak Island Fishing Holidays

We rented a 6 bedroom rental unit (5203 Asterisk Avenue) which was in excellent condition on the inside.All the rooms were very nice. It was great having a large living room area on both floors. The pool was great but we were disappointed that our hot tub never got above 90 degrees even though we initially paid to have the pool heated which is required for spa heat. We called customer service who refunded us since the heat in the spa was not working. Kudos for excellent customer service. The bird cage around the pool did have ripped screening in one lower corner but the upside was we got to see a lizard up close before we chased it out. Our rental unit was on the corner so we got more noise from the sidewalk then a unit surrounded on both sides with other rental units. Luckily we were there off season and only had one night where we were woken up a couple of times by loud partiers at 3 and 4 am. A rental unit a few houses away from us had a big party. Annoying but luckily it was only one night that we were bothered. Someone parked in our designated parking spot on our last night. I called customer service and security person said he knocked on the door to the unit next to ours but nobody answered so there was nothing he could do but check back in 30 mins. Who knows which unit had the person that parked there. I asked the security person to at least leave a note on the car but he declined. Car stayed in our spot all night and next day. Wish they would have made more effort
