The hotel staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, the mattress should be replaced as it is heavily stained, and the room is in need of renovation.

Outstanding property and stay - perhaps service can be improved a bit more. There was a bit of miscommunication re towel replacement and water refill.
Lastly, I would encourage the hotel to review its policies regarding smoking (particularly cigars) in outdoor dining areas, as well as the display of sexually suggestive content around the pool, especially considering the presence of young children.

Roof top was not open most of the time
