9/10 Wonderful! (665 reviews)
Excellent location for seeing the museums! It was walkable to the main station and well-connected to the trams. App to check in and out was so easy to use and was very useful not having to worry about a room key. Would stay here again!

9.4/10 Exceptional! (119 reviews)
Excellent stay. Only minor complaint was that we needed to contact the telephone support to get the luggage room code for the manual lock.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (83 reviews)
Hotel still having "teething" problems as only recently reopened. However, the hotel was nearly perfect in that most of the important points were extremely well organised - staff, restaurant, clean room. The only one let down was that the water in the bathroom was luke warm and far from being hot enough to shower. The staff didn't know how to deal with this attempting to say it was the norm - very disappointed and shall stay in my memory whenever I think about this particular hotel.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,232 reviews)
I was not overly impressed with the room. It was extremely loud and noisy with music playing until one in the morning from a nearby bar. The room was dated and the bathroom had mold. The staff are very friendly and the room was spacious!
