Love the unique style of the hotel. Great view over the Thames and St Paul's. Decent but not great restaurant: staff enquire about allergies but food prep not quite aligned, don't think SC is really on top of this. Will definitely visit again!

Staff was great with suggestions for transportation and restaurant recommendations. Property was centrally located near everything.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff and hotel itself were wonderful. We had a one bedroom, with a sofa bed for our daughter, and it was a good space. Walking distance to all the sights. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property, modern finishes and very clean. Apartment style is perfect for families or couples who want space. Neighborhood is very charming with quaint shops and great restaurants. We would absolutely come back here again.

I will start by saying that I would highly recommend the 1 Hotel Mayfair. The staff are lovely & the rooms are great. This is my 3rd stay there & it didn’t go quite as well as it has in the past. I always bring my dog with me and they usually provide dog wipes so that you can wipe off their feet before entering the hotel room and those were unfortunately not provided this time and they said that they didn’t have them. That was a bummer because I would’ve brought my own, but I didn’t because I anticipated them being in the room again. I would say my biggest disappointment was with room service. I would not recommend the tomato Barada pizza. It is covered in dried tomato paste and then portions of Barada, but it was not very tasty and it was just not what I had expected at all. The tomato sauce is weird and even the Barada is a little weird. In the morning, I ordered a California burrito and ask them to add a few ingredients. They forgot the tomatoes, but they added spicy pickles and because I absolutely hate pickles. The whole burrito was pretty much ruined. When I called them and let them know about it, they said that they would try to take it off the bill. They did in fact take it off of the Bill, but I had a little giggle over the fact that they still charged me for the Latte. I would’ve thought that they would’ve Just exited out the entire breakfast, Bill. It’s not a big deal. I just found it a little funny.
