Room and view were great! Clean hotel and close to bourbon street and to casino and Jackson Square

The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans

The maids were unusually loud Talking in the hall and slamming doors. We stayed out late and slept late. It sounded like they were slamming unnecessarily

The entire room was beautiful and well crafted, the rooftop was amazing too.

I loved how the doors opened when i arrived. Made me feel welcomed, valued, andbat home. The young lady i think her name wa Coco. She was very nice and sweet which made a long day of travel worth getting there.. Also the bar staff was super nice and and attentive.
