Room was comfortable but the amenities were lacking

Good property, initially had some glitches, but manager was very responsive and accommodating to us.

Property is great for walking. Great to go to Petco Park.

GREAT PLACE TO CATCH A GAME!!!

We were greeted after a long flight where our luggage was lost on route by a very cheery and helpful front desk person Arianna. She made our whole stay very personable and made it more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and very mogern. Its also very well placed for downtown San Diego. Overall its a great place to stay for the San Diego experience

Downtown San Diego needs to be cleaned up. Lots of homeless.

Beautiful property. Nicely appointed. Centrally located but in a dirty and noisy area. $60 daily for valet parking excessive. No self-parking options.

Room itself was fine but had very noisy AC and hallway stank of hot garbage the entire time. When I called down to reception to ask if it was possible to change the room they said no we can't do that, without explanation

Cozy and very close to train station and to public transportation.

Outstanding customer service, room was excellent, valet parking was outstanding. 5 stars.
