We arrived early and were delighted to hear our room was available, but when we checked in there was 1 live and 1 dead roach in the room. A shocker for a 5 star hotel for sure.
When we notified the staff, they were kind and responsive but only offered to clean the room and spray bug spray. We pushed them to offer us a new room and then they proceeded to offer us 3 options that were all downgrades from our room location.
We will not be back.
