Very modern and nice

Nice location!! Big rooms!! Kind staff! Everything was ok besides that I made a reservation for 3 addults and the third bed was very small and the third eprson didnt fit in it. So, if tou need room for 3 grown ups, this is not the hotel for you.

Unreal stay. Can’t fault it.

Friendly staff. Since I booked through Expedia, they allowed room upgrade with no extra charge, checked in early at noontime when we arrived instead of 3 PM, Lounge access, discounted dining. They also issued 2 free train tickets to go to downtown which save us money from using taxi.

The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite. The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff.

Room very clean, spacious but smell of food in the room from restaurant kitchen.

A most wonderful hotel in a terrific neighborhood within walking distance of the lake. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed and elegantly decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom with walk-in shower and enough room for a stool was accommodated two sinks and plenty of good quality towels. The staff was delightful, prompt and super efficient. Room and maid service were excellent. Breakfast at CH 42 seems expensive .But for us it is THE Go -TO address in Zurich.
