Aircon didn’t work.
Shower curtain railing wasn’t screwed in properly, leaving it loose and the middle part of the railing further down - causing water to escape.
Breakfast was lovely tho!

Check in took about 30 mins due to everyone’s arrival being at 3. We did arrive at 2.40 but were told our room wasn’t available, not aware the queue would be 50 people long at 3.
Veggie options for breakfast were limited
All staff very helpful, specifically Nathan at the bar

A unique property that was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location in the city centre was ideal to get around. The caveat for disabled or elderly is that there are lots of stairs within the apartment.
