Clean hotel and nice room for a short stay

Housekeeping performance very variable, some days didn't vacuuming the floor, other days didn't make the beds. Sometimes our room was missed altogether. Weird having a sliding glass partition between the bedroom and the bathroom. Light switches are a nightmare - after a stay of 24 nights i still found their operation was inconsistent and confusing. Super restaurants and very reasonable good food but they get packed and 3 of the four don’t take reservations. Reception staff friendly but they don’t remember who is staying - after a couple of weeks they did say good morning without prompting. Very helpful but had to ask others if there was an issue. Good position on a bus route straight into the city with frequent cheap busses. Attached is a sip and save so good for drinks in the room. Also a convenience store with a variety of cheap hot and cold food. The road outside is quite busy and there is a lot of road noise when the window is open. The air conditioning is problematic in that it sometimes blows hot air when it’s supposed to be cooling. Having said all the above we want to stay again!

I like the room with the balcony and I like the whole room the bathroom was nice and clean the location was great close to Hindley street and Rundle not that far of a walk so everything was excellent looking forward to book again in the future 😁

We loved every part of our luxurious stay. From the moment we got out of the Uber upon arrival, until check out. We were made to feel extremely special, and the room was just incredible. The best we’ve ever stay in. The staff were wonderful, breakfast top tier and we had 2 fabulous swims and dips in the spa. Would love to stay again!

great location. The only downside was the food at the Panorama restaurant with 3 out of 4 meals subpar. Also the food at the Grand Bar left a lot to be desired.

Clean. Modern. Close to O’Connell St. Friendly staff at check in. Can’t ask for much more
