Staff were just so courteous.

Staff was excellent, especially Mich and Abigail who welcomed us on that first day. I think the primarily worked at the Saffron cafe. Breakfast was awesome. I love how the staff remembered my coffee preference and the wide variety of breakfast offering. Leave room for croissants. Jennifer and Zhenn were great at keeping my room cleaned. If you ever use the spa Zeth was great. She helped ease the pain in my lower back. Location was a pleasant change from the crowds of station 2 and 3. You practically had the beach to yourself at certain times of the day. I had a deluxe seaview room and i loved waking up to the view of the ocean. Will definitely come back

We have stayed at Waterfront many times over the years. Has always been enjoyable. Maybe time to update ?

Staff was very kind and approachable, you feel very welcome as you check in. The facilities are average but good enough for the price and their very convenient location!
