9/10 Wonderful! (4,191 reviews)
This refit of an office building is fantastic. Floor to ceiling windows gave our room spectacular views. The tropical decor is cool and thematic. Even the handles on the bathroom sink were whales tails (or waves). Bars and restaurant are handy and food was adequate. Our TV would not link up with our phone but no problem, we weren't there to watch TV anyway!

The managers need complete retraining or higher managers that are way more capable in dealing with customers and not fighting and arguing with them and telling them they’re wrong
