Clean room. The decor was cute. Loved how the windows opened fully. The staff at this hotel were all amazing. Very helpful with everything.

Our family of four stayed very comfortably in basically a 2 separate units with its own small hallway which had a locked door from the rest of the hotel. Each unit had its own bathroom, tv, closet, bed and very importantly, AC! We had plenty of space to move around which is rare in a hotel in Paris. The pool and sauna room was also amazing. If you have chrome cast on your phone, you can stream your own tv/movie in the projector. We didn’t get the continental breakfast they offer but during the day they had refreshments, bakery, cake or fruits out for anyone to take. And they were ALL delicious! Oh, and please try the Indian food right next door! The best Indian food we ever had!

I had planned a very special surprise engagement during our stay, and the entire team went above and beyond to help make the evening perfect. Every detail was handled beautifully and discreetly, and the staff made what was already one of the most important moments of our lives even more memorable. The hotel itself is stunning, the room and views of the Eiffel Tower are incredible, and there is a level of elegance here that is difficult to find anywhere else in Paris. What impressed us most, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Shangri-La Paris will always hold a very special place in our hearts, and we will absolutely return. Thank you to the entire team for creating memories that Elaina and I will never forget.
