My first time in Panama and i will return this hotel was more then a 5star from we entered the hotel the bellman was amazing to the front desk staff was excelente and most of all the hotel was very clean i highly recomend.

We stayed at Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo for our anniversary, and it was perfect! The staff surprised us with a beautiful anniversary detail that made our stay so special. The hotel is stunning, peaceful, and spotless — everything was perfectly clean and well kept. Everyone was kind and attentive, making us feel truly cared for. Highly recommend this beautiful place!

The cleanliness could be improved. I found hair in the towels and in the sheets multiple times. There was also a musty smell permeating through the hallway and in the room.
